    2009 Points of Light Institute Hosts Presidential Forum on Service

Bush to recognize the 20th anniversary of President Bush’s invocation of a thousand points of light and to celebrate volunteerism’s tremendous gains during the past two decades under the Points of Light Institute's leadership.
